We have a dynamic team here at Monstar Films. Each of our videos is a collaborative effort by all members of the Monstar team. We feel that a cohesive group effort will produce higher quality products than if we left all the creative decisions and in production work to one person. We collaborate from the beginning of a treatment through final editing in post production; we try to make something we all feel strongly about. This is because each member of the crew truly cares about the Monstar name. We are a team, maybe even a family.  The result of this is a big budget quality without a big budget. Monstar prides itself on being adaptable to any situation. On days where other film companies would give up, we still make it happen. We are blue-collar film makers with artisan ideas. Give us a bench and a wall and we’ll turn it into a cinematic masterpiece. And if we don’t, we will die trying. Our work ethic is second to none. We stay until the job is done, period. Every time the camera is turned on our team is setting out to capture the best product we have ever made. We do not settle for decent shots. Every shot is taken with care, purpose, and precision.

            Efficiency is also paramount here at Monstar Productions. We pride ourselves on quick turn around time of videos. Every day the team is finding new ways to improve our methods of production so we can provide the best product in a reasonable time frame. We do not care about industry standards or what other companies do; we are our own entity. Our output speaks for itself.
